In order to participate in our annual fundraiser, each child will need to turn in the following 2 forms by Monday, October 20th.

2. PROSPECT LIST
Please include as many names AND numbers as possible on prospect lists! They will have 1 hour to line up sales and earn prizes.
If you'd like your child to skip the after school event and just bring home a fundraising catalog instead, please turn in the first form only, and select that option at the bottom.
This event is totally optional, but participation is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, just let me know. Thanks yall!
