Football Games

Schedule:
October 3rd, Drop off by 5:30pm
October 7th, Drop off by 6:00pm
Please do not drop students off earlier, as I may not be there to keep an eye on them.
Students should report directly to the bleachers. Students must be unpacked and in their spot by 6:15pm
Parents who attend will need to purchase tickets in order to enter (Unless they’re working in the concession stand)
I will send messages out to let you know how long the game is taking. (games typically last about 90 minutes). Please keep your phone on and nearby!
After the game, you’ll need to sign your child out. There will be a table somewhere near the bleachers where the band performs.
Please do not text/call your child and ask them to leave the stadium and find you somewhere. Please come in to get them. For safety, all students must be signed out by their ride. You’ll have to enter the gate to do this.
Uniform:
School uniform bottoms (shorts, skirt, or pants).
JPJH Band Polo, tucked in
Black or white undershirt (or no undershirt)
Brown or black belt
Tennis Shoes / white or black socks
Supplies:
Instrument
Tuba and Percussion - Your instruments will be on the trailer parked by the band bleachers. You can grab them on the way in. Bring your music!
Everyone else: Take instruments home after school and bring them to the game
Snare players - bring your sticks!
All materials needed for the instrument (mouthpieces, valve oil, neck strap, reeds, etc)
Lyre / Flip folder with all football music
Bottled water (water will not be provided)
Optional: Money for concessions. We take the 3rd quarter off, and kids can go get snacks.
