The JPJH band has been asked to provide parent volunteers to work in the concession booth at the following football games. In exchange for providing the volunteers, the JPJH band will receive 30% of the profits from each game. This money could help us put up sound paneling in the band room, repair instruments, and bring in more quality instructors to work with our band members. My plan is to collect these sheets and randomly select volunteers from the parents who’ve offered.

09/14/23 - JPJH VS DENHAM
Game starts at 6:00 PM
I’m not aware of the exact timeline yet, but you’d need to arrive early to set up and be trained, and then stay after to clean up.
09/21/23 - JPJH VS WALKER
Game starts at 6:00 PM

10/11/23 - JPJH VS SOUTHSIDE

7th and 8th Grade band members will be performing in the stands during this game. If you are working the concession booth, you will not get to see them performing.
10/16/23 - JPJH VS LIVEOAK

**In addition to the names I pull at random, I will need one parent to volunteer to be the lead volunteer. You’ll be taught how to use an online payment system, which you’ll need to teach to new volunteers each week. You’ll also be the point of contact for the people running concessions, as well as other parent volunteers the night of each game.
